Holy cow! Where do I start. I googled this
place after seeing the billboard on the interstate and a review read “gluten free Mecca,” and it absolutely lived up to this description. They had everything. Biscuits, Hawaiian rolls, cheese cakes, carrot cakes, everything cheese bread. And it was all spectacular. Every single thing is delicious!
Finally a bakery I can believe in. I’ve been GF 27 years. Before gf was a thing no pizza, no cheese biscuits, no bread for years and years. But I wasn’t alone. Eventually $$$ bread and pastas and pizza showed up. The bread worked if you microwaved it a bit and if you could afford it.
JP’s Hawaiian bread was delicious. Making a list of how it eat it. Cheese yes. Just butter yes. Ham and cheese o boy. Sausage. Meatballs (gf)
