Shout out to Miss Destiny working the drive-thru today. She was very nice and very understanding very helpful with a wrong order she helped get it corrected in no time really means a lot. Thnk for your outstanding customer service đđž âźď¸

Order the hot wings just about 30 minutes ago. One of my favorites. The wings were hard, dark and cool. And tasted like burnt grease. And it's the second time as well. Never going back!! CLOSE that place down immediately!!

Unacceptable the way this restaurant is being run. I do DoorDash so I knew they were always slow as 9 times out of 10 theyâre unable to get an order completed in under 10 minutes so I unassign myself. Had some free time today and wanted to try the new wings. It took these people 15 minutes to put out 6 wings and some wedges. 15 minutes. And the quality of food is god awful. If youâve ever worked in a kitchen you know what chicken is supposed to look like. Itâs supposed to be a bright golden brown. Their chicken looks like tree bark. THEY WILL GLADLY COOK YOUR FOOD IN BAD OIL. They do not care about food standards. My wings and sandwich were both god awful. You could taste that the oil was bad. Absolutely unacceptable to be stealing money from people. They need to raise their standards and also remember the word fast in fast food. October 11th at 4:30pm. They need to do a deep dive into the staff that was working at that time. Absolutely terrible. Biggest waste of $20 Iâve had in recent memory.

KFC hot wings never disappoint. I gave service a 4 because there was no straw or napkins in my bag and they did ask if I wanted sauce or any condiments. I know the condiments are optional but they could of still asked.

Went to kfc after like 10+ years of not going cause of the wedges. Of course the day they bring the wedges back, I go and wouldn't you know it, they were out of wedges. Plus the chicken was not as good as I remember. Sorry but kfc lost me forever

The employee's are very UNPROFESSIONAL and have very POOR customer service skills. There was a 15 minute wait because the employee's were standing around laughing, having side conversations and on their phones as if there aren't customers waiting. One of the employee's working at the drive thru window was standing back eating and talking to her coworkers, also she did not wash her hands. I ended up leaving with nothing because they never prepared my mobile order. When the employees realized they never prepared my order, one of the them quickly went to grab gloves without washing her hands. I would NOT recommend this location!

Workers dont take they're job seriously. One worker was more focused on being on her phone then actually listening to what was asked during drive through. Had to fuss badly when trying to get service inside because 4 workers was standing behind the counter talking it took for another girl to walk all the way behind the counter just to help me with just getting containers. I had to yell to even get any of the four to even acknowledge me standing there. This is ridiculous I dont not plan on returning and everyone that I was referring to i will not be referring anymore. If phones are more a priority then actually listening to what is requested before things get out of hand then they shouldn't be allowed.

Went to the KFC on Stantonsburg on 7-15-25- preferred the Tuesday bucket special. When got home, chicken looked liked cooked in old grease. Very greasy. Crust wasnât even sticking to the chicken. This was straight garbage. Iâm attaching 2 photos so you can see for yourself. One is the chicken I put in container, and the other picture is what the bottom of bucket looked like. Reminds you of motor oil. Never again KFC- do better by your customers & take pride in your work .

The gravy looked like dirty dish water but wasnât nearly as thick. Chicken was burned and the biscuits were under the chicken in the bucket and hard as bricks.
