The person that worked the front made a mess of everything while what I can only guess are two managers stayed hidden in the back. The cook had to come up and take care of everything. I'm not mad at the cook because he was going above and beyond due to the fact the managers couldn't do their jobs. 12/15/24

I was charge $30 even for 8 piece 2 sides and biscuits no receipt was given to me. So i would not be going back. This happened on Sunday November 10 2024. My question is what is the actual price. And also another vehicle pulled to the window and was handed chicken as i was waiting to place my order and pulled off. Management need to check the cameras

My family and I went here to grab takeout, and the food was good. Customer service was great because my father in laws order was incorrect, and the KFC staff kindly corrected the order and provided another meal for free, which we ate off of for a few days. It is conveniently located near ECU hospital, too.
