I've been into this kfc multiple times as a delivery driver and only 1 time has the food been ready in a normal time range. I had a customer order just the potato smash bowl and they said it would be ready shortly and the order had been placed 10mins prior to me getting there, after 15 mins I said I was gonna cancel the order due to time and I was told they don't serve that item anymore.. This wasn't even during rush. Made a customer wait 25 minutes when they could have cancelled the order instantly or told me as soon as I arrived.Just super bad customer service and it's happened multiple times very similar experiences or they take an order and don't have the items somehow to complete it. It's a huge time sink and feel bad for the people who have to wait an insane amount of time at this place.The restaurant looks very clean and I'm sure it can perform better.

The Manager Malerie or Melanie delivered poor service. The first guy that my order was doing his best to fulfill the order then she came on shift and gave me whatever. Forgot my sauces and would fill up my half gallon beverage because she didn't feel like it. She lied and said there was no lemonade. When the guy was working on it.

I actually came here 2 times yesterday within a hour.. Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a BIG smile and great customer service by some black woman name Rachael... We had a great 4 minute conversation lol... One of the sweetest ladies I've ever met in fast food... To top it off... The food was absolutely delicious... I love they nuggets.. I'm so glad KFC came out with the nuggets.. reminds me of chic fil a but a lil bit better because for some reason mine tasted like it had a lil spicy kick to it.. Great Job KFC... Keep up the good work... Ms.. Rachael deserves a lil raise
