Arrived to find a handwritten sign stating the lobby is closed sorry for the inconvenience. Then sat in the drive-thru lane for 20+ minutes only to find yet another sign stating that there were no glazed donuts. Therefore I had to by the donuts available which were $18+ for 6 donuts! I asked the worker if they were really out of glazed donuts to which he replied "we have some but haven't had time to take down the sign." Poor, Poor, management.
Decided I would drive 40 mins to the location in Greenville, NC because you sent me a coupon code to buy a dozen and get the next dozen for 87¢. Waited 15-20 mins in line to be told, sorry we don't have any glazed and won't make any for an hour. A manager told me I should drive over an hour to another location if I want some.
