I was assaulted by officers and harassed by one of the managers while my food was paid for and ordering more food I'm im not in court now and didn't ask nor pay for recordings but the food was definitely not delicious and I don't have friends working there I've known for decades :)

I placed a mobile order through the app. Gave them the number when I got to the drive thru. I got to the window and they repeatedly tried to give me the wrong food. Then they questioned who I told my mobile order number to at the drive-through window because everyone was just so confused. Finally, some kid asks me to pull up into drive-through spot 1 and says they’ll bring my order out. 35 minutes later, with hungry kids in the car still no food as all the cars ordering through the drive-through are coming and going while I sit there and wait and don’t receive the order that I placed ahead of time. I told them to cancel it and left. After leaving, they marked my order as “complete” in the app so I got charged for food they never made and that I never received. I guess I’m filing a dispute in the morning. What a joke. Just go ANYWHERE else.

Went in at lunchtime. Order was taken out. I ordered lots of of items. So, I made sure to say items slowly so it would be no confusion. And still it was.. She had to repeat it back to me twice. So, I paid total- thought kinda high , but nevertheless I paid it. Looked at receipt. Then I knew what cashier did. She charged me for 2 spicy McCrispy when I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens.. Big difference in price. So always be cautionary and check order if something seems higher than usual. How do you repeat an order back and still get it wrong? Anyway, won’t be going back. Maybe it’s the laughing and playing or heavy false lashes that prevents one from seeing the screen.. 🤷♀️.. Also, the lady mopping the floor behind the counter was mopping the fries that were on floor instead of sweeping floor then mopping.
Ordered a mcgriddle, got a biscuit. What should I really expect from McDonald's? Trying to quit fast food anyway. Probably a root problem to American health.
1’s across the board. This location is terrible. They have potentially the worst management staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m a door dasher. This place is responsible for most of my unassigns. They are god awful. I was the 4th car in line. It took me 14 minutes to get to the window. I sat at the window for another 5 minutes waiting for a kids meal with an extra fry. Ended up unassigning myself from the order. There is absolutely no excuse for their poor times at night. Nobody is waiting half an hour for a happy meal. These people need structure and they need help. Especially overnight. It’s embarrassing how poor quality they are.

My dad stopped by this morning for breakfast 9/7/25. He’s a diabetic and when he got his drinks at the drive through, none of buttons were pressed on the lids. He asked Tony how he could know which drink is diet and Tony replied “can’t you taste it?” The whole order was already completely wrong and the disrespectful employee (Tony) didn’t help matters any.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is not in my rotation, but when I just so happen to go there due to being told it was closest to where I was .. this is what I got. I’m filing a complaint . Never again.

I visited this location early morning to pick up a mobile order I had a placed. I arrived at the speaker around 2:18 AM and a female voice (AI or a cheerful female employee) welcomes me asks me something about a mobile order. I responded by stating that I had placed a mobile order, but I did not receive a response back asking me for my code. So, I waited. I waited for about 6 minutes while watching a line of cars pile behind me. I was not sure what was going on; there was no “just a moment” or “I’ll be right with you.” I was not sure if they were having technical difficulties, or if they even knew I was sitting there. Given that I had already ordered and paid through the app, I decided to pull around to the window.
I got the window at around 2:30 AM. The lady at the window asks me about my order. I tell her that I had a mobile order. She tells me that I was supposed to wait in line and let the order taker know that I had a mobile order at the speaker. I explained that I was sitting at the speaker for about 6 minutes and no one had addressed me, so I pulled around. She took my order code, and, once again, states that I was supposed to wait in line, further adding that the manager was going to have me pull to the end of the line to go back to the speaker. I reiterated that I was in line, and had waited at the speaker for about 6 minutes before deciding to pull around to the window. The lady disappears for a few moments, and when she returned, she handed me my drink and told me that the manager wanted me to pull forward into the designated spot, stating that the manager would bring the food out to my car.
I waited about 14 minutes in this spot and had watched about a handful of cars that were behind me in line pull off with their food. I do not think it takes nearly 15 minutes to prepare a single 6 count nugget and small fry.
I needed to keep to my schedule, so I pulled off and went across the street to get food before heading home (175 miles away). I was not able to contact the store until I arrived home at 5:07 AM. I spoke with a team member on the phone about getting a refund for the items I did not get, and was told that his manager said they could not do a refund for me unless I was physically in the store. Obviously this is not a responsible solution for me, so I will be disputing the charge once it posts to get the money I am owed back.
Overall, this experience was super disappointing. I do not visit McDonald’s often, but decided to because of the the mobile ordering process and the availability of coffee before my drive home. However, I spent nearly 30 minutes total in this location’s drive-thru waiting for food I had already ordered and paid for. I spent much less time at the Cook Out across the street, despite them having a higher volume of cars in the drive-tru and no mobile ordering process.
