I fell and got hurt at this Mc Donald's and their manager took a report and I've never heard anything from them this happened March 18 2024 .. When I call bk there I keep getting told someone will contact me and I haven't heard from anyone yet.. this is not acceptable.....i wish I could give no stars

No matter what store I go to. They are always very consistent on food. And the app makes ordering super easy. I walk in and pick it right up with no waiting! Steak egg and cheese bagel has fantastic if you haven't tried it.. if it's available in your area.

Ordered two oreo mcflurries. Only got one. This happened twice. Have uber screens hots to prove. You guys have a bug in your ordering system. Manager said she's only seeing one. This is why I called ahead. She was nice about it and believed me. Got two.

It's McDonald's. The remarks are due to the bathroom being so dirty I almost lost a shoe inside because of how sticky the floors were.

The cashier took my order wrong. It took her along time taking my order. Then it took forever to get my food... I know I said I wanted a steak and a round egg on a McMuffin. But when I got it, it was on a bagel.. Disappointed in the service.
Always had fresh poppin pop hot food and delicious food. Great location except for at night. You'll be waiting 15 minutes before you get your stuff ?

Ordered a McCrispy, mcchicken and a large fry, nothing special, and they still managed to forget something. Food was mediocre at best. If anything they know how to be consistent. Lost money and food and for food that's not even worth it on the first place. Will try to never go here again.

The employees spend to much time conversating instead of working. 6 customers standing here waiting on food. The employees walking around laughing and Bullshiting.....It's always the all black establishments that have the lowest quality of food and service.

Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Fish sandwich had right amount of tartar sauce to compliment without overpowering the fish. Bun was fresh. Fries were just cooked hot so salt stuck to them evenly. Only drawback of meal was they didn't put much ice in the cola and it was warm before I could finish it. Will be going back to this McDonald's. Went back and food was delicious and people were fabulous.
