Love McDonald's! But they sure aren't trained to provide hospitality or to smile, say thank you, or have a nice day like I was trained when I worked there! Shame! But I have to say this is the first time in a llloooonnnnggggg time both crew members were delightful!!

Had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 McFlurries..we were the only eat in customers...no excuse as there were at least 7 or 8 employees at 6:30 pm.They had a lot of drive thru orders but no excuse for us to have to wait. A employee on a meal break noticed we were waiting a long time and asked what we ordered and he went back to ask why we hadn't gotten our order....we finally had it brought out to us. Disappointed that the manager didn't do better
