The past two times have been disappointing. Last week ordered curbside for a salad. Get home and there is no dressing in the bowl. This week ordered a salad again. Checked for dressing before I pulled off but I guess I should have checked for the chicken too??! There was no chicken in the salad. You can’t call and give a complaint or speak to management as they don’t answer the phone. A customer is not supposed to be your quality control.
Ordered the family feast and had it delivered. This is the second time the same thing happened. Asked for one sandwich without Mayo - all had Mayo. Didn’t get my French baguette loaf. Salad container not even half filled. It’s my fault for giving them a second chance but I’m disappointed once again. I’m done with Panera unless I can go inside and eat - and take it back to the counter to get it fixed if it’s wrong or missing something. Can’t even get anyone on...read full review
