I just moved here and my 1st time eating at this particular chain. I ask for extra chicken but received extra cheese. Horrible. I was wondering why the pizzas look so thick. Smh. I will check my box before I leave. I spent $50 and it was not worth it Yes, I'm very upset about my wrong order.

Pizza toppings were wrong. Cheese sticks dough was sour. Tasted nasty and old. I worked at dominos so I know what old dough smell and taste like… I was really excited about the pizza until I saw and tasted the cheese sticks.

Ordered pizza and wings. Received bread sticks and wings. I paid $60 for the order. Called the store and they offered to replace the breadsticks with the original pizza I ordered. Then the delivery driver leaves order on my porch and does not even ring the doorbell. What kind of service is this?

Giving off frozen pizza vibes or Little Ceasars but worse. This Papa John’s used to be great I don’t know if the quality has just gone that far down.

I was at Papa John’s in Greenville on tenth street this past week and saw two employees which one of them is the night time manager and another heavy set guy in an suv tht looked like a silver jeep parked by the blue dumpster and it looked like that they were having some kind of encounters because she was squated down in front of him and wen she stood up he got out the suv and looked like he was fixing his pants and butting them and wen she went back in the store she didn’t even wash her hands she went to the register and then straight to the oven

What can I say other than nasty! I love papa John’s but this place wow! The pizza was hard as a rock and felt and looked like it was out for 2 days. The boneless wings I got were also old and dry! I got them with sauce and all I got was a little drizzle. The older lady working there didn’t have a clue about my order she said it’s still in the oven it’ll be a minute so I wait and then watch her pick up a already made order that I saw sitting there when I walked in! Then I asked for sauce bc I didn’t get any when I ordered it and she tells me oh there was a minus in your order so you didn’t get it when in fact I checked my email and sure enough there it was. I still got my sauce.

I had an issue with an order for a work meeting and the next day the Manager called me personally to apologize and asked to make it right. They delivered us a great meal and everyone at my work enjoyed it. We will be ordering again. Thanks to the staff and manager!
Always order from here then tonight I ordered and now they don't deliver to my location. Papa John's how is that when you've delivered to me before just some lazy people don't want to do the job. I'm not in the system with them but I have so many receipts from them for delivery.
