Never again, Papa! We spent $40 for cold food. The tracker in the app said our food would be delivered between 9:49 - 9:59. Then we got a message that said Doordash would be delivering it, and it was quarter til 11 when we got that pizza and wings. If a certain amount of time passes and it hasn't been picked up, you should remake the pizza so it's hot when the third-party you choose delivers it. But it's okay! You'll never Doordash me from PJs again!

After ordering online less than 30 minutes ago, my order was wrong and when I called to inquire as to what happened, the young man ( and I use the term loosely) was extremely rude and condescending. Of the 3 pizzas ordered, 1 was completely wrong and neither was cooked throughly. The person on duty also told me to look on the app to see what was ordered and hung up on me! I will never order from this establishment again!

Tonight my pizza came with almost no sauce. The bread side was drowning in oil and garlic and was undercooked. The wings were actually good for Papa John's.
I've had many bad experiences at this restaurant. I have more than 5 free items in their ledger where they have messed up previous orders. I keep coming back like an idiot. I've tried to escalate my complaint to the highest levels only to find that there is no way to get to corporate. They just send you back to the incompetent Lisa...
I'm never ordering again and I recommend that you not order either.

Do not order from here. They will mess up your order EVERY time. Including the pizza they put on your account to make up for their screw ups. They gave me free pizza to make up for messing up my order TWICE in an hour, and the free pizza was wrong too??

I placed an order online of what I wanted and get there to pick it up and of course it’s incorrect…., My husband waited for them to make another pizza and while he was on the phone with me….. he told them exactly what I wanted. He brings the pizza home and they still did not make the pizza the way I wanted…. Got the toppings all wrong on both pizzas….. It seems like someone there can’t read the online order or don’t know how to take orders…. Omg……something so simple and they made it wrong twice…..

They will screw up your order every time. Tuscan sticks with extra garlic sauce, and pepperchinis paid for. I get regular cheese sticks and a cup of marinara. Every time!

This location takes FOREVER for them to give the orders. *especially working with DoorDash. I’ve ordered pizza from them a couple times. Each time is nothing special and the peppercinis they give is small and dry 3/5 times.

I just moved here and my 1st time eating at this particular chain. I ask for extra chicken but received extra cheese. Horrible. I was wondering why the pizzas look so thick. Smh. I will check my box before I leave. I spent $50 and it was not worth it Yes, I'm very upset about my wrong order.

Pizza toppings were wrong. Cheese sticks dough was sour. Tasted nasty and old. I worked at dominos so I know what old dough smell and taste like… I was really excited about the pizza until I saw and tasted the cheese sticks.
