All the cashiers and employees are so incredibly patient with my client. He needs no help paying or even ordering despite his severe speech impediment/cognitive delays, because they ALL take the time. Today even with a line out of the door they all greeted him (he loves Parker's so they are familiar) and took the time to understand...

we've been to Parker's dozens and dozens of times over the years and they typically have fantastic food and great service! Our last trip was not as good but realize that everyone can have an off day. tonight we arrived at 7:01. and were told the dining room was closed (even though their website says open until 7:30). they reluctantly allowed us to come in and sit down. we knew exactly what we wanted - oysters and shrimp. the server comes to our table and tells...

Ordered bbq and Brunswick stew online. Original order came as promised. However, while heating a lb. of stew the boil in bag failed and it was ruined. I contacted customer service and two days later had not 1, but 4 lbs arrive to replace the ruined stew. Exceptional customer service. Can't wait to actually try the bbq and stew. I'm confident I won't be disappointed and will be ordering again.soon.
