They only deserve one star because the food is still good but, the customer service here is outrageously terrible. When the restaurant is still open for 3 and a half hours there is no reason that the employees should be rushing us to order to the point that after each item we order they tell us the total without even asking if we are done. I'm going to be honest. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Their machine that takes online orders is broken and it did not send me anything besides tell me to show up and when I did. Nothing and was told to wait until it was fixed. I asked if they could see my order and they said no. So I went in and had workers literally walk past and not help.

I went to this particular Wendy's to pick up a Doordash and I can just say they were ok. They weren't friendly an their service was lacking- I don't think they even put straws in the bag. Luckily I keep some on hand.
