Mackenzie is horrible at the window. I asked a simple question in regards of getting a frosty. And she rudely told me no. I suggest having better and nicer workers at the window.
Cleanest Wendy's I have seen in a long time. Friendly service food served hot.
First I'll say I should have checked it before I left, but what I ordered and what I got was 2 different things. I didn't want cheese on my burger, I wanted chilli and onions. I got a cheeseburger with only pickles. This during a slow afternoon. I've never been to this Wendy's before so I don't know how it usually is, but the Wendy's in Richlands NC is a great place! Not sure I want to go back to the one in Wilson 🤷🏼♀
