I went to this particular Wendy's to pick up a Doordash and I can just say they were ok. They weren't friendly an their service was lacking- I don't think they even put straws in the bag. Luckily I keep some on hand.

The drive-thru is horrible at 12pm 4/12 taking orders one at a time while having the drive back up to make customers leave is dumb

They only deserve one star because the food is still good but, the customer service here is outrageously terrible. When the restaurant is still open for 3 and a half hours there is no reason that the employees should be rushing us to order to the point that after each item we order they tell us the total without even asking if we are done. All the while half of the menu is unavailable because they don’t want to cook the food. I paid cash and was not given my change but instead told to pull up even though there was not a singular car in line behind me. Do better.

I'm going to be honest. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Their machine that takes online orders is broken and it did not send me anything besides tell me to show up and when I did. Nothing and was told to wait until it was fixed. I asked if they could see my order and they said no. So I went in and had workers literally walk past and not help.

My wife went to Wendy's today(2/2/24, 1ish PM) on her lunch break and had some of the worst service imaginable. When she tried to order no grilled chicken on her salad, the worker rudely cut her off before she could finish. And guess what was on the salad??? GRILLED CHICKEN. When getting to the window, the worker then proceeded to act like my wife was interrupting a conversation she was having with her coworker. She then took her card and SLAMMED the window shut as if once again, my wife was bothering her. Even worse? She didn't give her a fork to eat it with. This service is terrible. I have never cared about people chatting it up at work but if it is getting in the way of you being a good employee, and even more, being a good human being, then you need to reconsider chatting it up on the clock. Judging by the other reviews I read before making this, it seems as if maybe they need to clean house and get people that actually know how to treat customers with respect.

First off every time I go there it takes forever for the person on the speaker to take my order, second they almost never have spicy nuggets or baked potato’s every time I order, third the customer service is always very rude and acts like they don’t want to be at there job even though they’re barely busy ever, and lastly I can guarantee you anytime you pull up to the window to get your food they will 100% of the time tell you to pull up and wait even if all you got was a 4 for 4 and wait over 15-20 minutes every time, they’ll have 4-5 cars pulled at the same time waiting forever just because they don’t want to have the food prepared. Terrible experience every time

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Drive thru lady was extremely rude and condescending when I asked if my drink was an Ice Coffee and she said "Execuse me?". The drink tasted nothing like a coffee and was clearly poured from a sitting a coffee pot that is meant for HOT coffee and she put ice cubes in my drink. The biggest red flag of any fast food is if their parking lot and drive thru is empty. They clearly do not care about their jobs here so I have no hesistancy leaving a 1 star review for this place that has been like this for years.

If you're ordering drive through it's ok/eem reliable. If you order inside expect to get your order wrong and have to wait 30 minutes for it. It's always Wendy's that are just awful service.

I made a bad error of ordering my food online not through Doordash or anything, but in which the store had no control of Wendy's online system and unfortunately they didn't have my order even though I had electronic proof that I did place it and was charged for it Anyway, I cannot recall the young lady name who gave me my food, but she was really sweet and kind about giving me my food despite yesterday mishap. The food was hot and fresh. I got a plain double stack hamburger with chicken nuggets, French fries, and a sweet tea which was the biggie meal. I will say that Wendy's need to do better with their online system.
