Everytime I come to Popeyes they get my order wrong not one time have I come here in Greenville did I receive my correct order

The most disturbing, disappointing restaurant. Management and employees are rude and unprofessional The drive thru is always slow. And the inside isn't any better! This is the only Popeyes in Greenville and its the worst. If i could they wouldn't even get 1 star!

Worst experience ever everything burnt didnt have fries available with still 1 hour to close, bad customer service, no cole slaw available either everything smelled and tasted burnt, never coming back worst experience of my life in popeyes.

My family lives in greenville NC. We ordered a 12pc family meal after church today. We had to wait which was fine. But when they brought the chicken it smelled like scorched grease. And it had no seasoning like they just battered the chicken and fried it. So bland that my 3 years old didn't even eat it. This is the second time that our chicken had no flavor from this location. If we lived closer we would have taken it back. I will not be giving them my business in the future.

47 minutes. I ordered my food through the app yesterday evening. I live in Winterville. I ordered my food and drove from Winterville to Greenville to pick it up absent-mindedly thinking it would be ready when I arrived or that I wouldn't have to wait long. I arrived, with one other car in front of me (which I later found out they were waiting at the curb and not the window)informed the person that I was there to pick up my order and she told everyone in there that I was there to pick it up and told me to drive you the curb and wait. I waited for 47 minutes. Backed up to the drive thru window twice asked if it was almost ready--and it wasn't--and I was informed that they were waiting on chicken. 47 minutes later, a young lady brought brought the food and as she turned and walked away---I asked her if they just started cooking the chicken or what happened that caused me to wait 47 minutes. She told me that they JUST cooked the chicken not long before she brought it to me. It was at this point she apologized. Not before. Nobody apologized while I was waiting.47 minutes for a $43 meal is absolutely insane. Unfortunately that's not the end of the story. As we're driving back, my daughter looks through the bag and realizes that our 6 biscuits and large fry are both missing. I pull over and look within the bag to confirm and she was right. No fries, no biscuits-but 2 extra boxes of chicken. At this point I'm unsure if the chicken was an apologetic offering or if it was a mistake. I got there and they handed me the bag without any apologies or explanations or offerings of anything extra. I wanted to get my family takeout and something that everyone would enjoy. Unfortunately this was a less than pleasurable, but expensive experience that will be remembered for quite sometime. I honestly could've gone to either of the 2 Bojangles near me for food and a Sonic for drinks and been back home INSIDE of the 47 minutes it took to give me the food, and for a cheaper price. This isn't even including the 15 minutes (30 minutes total) that I was willing to drive to get there to get the food. Highly disappointed.

The food was great hot and fresh but the service oh my God wd waited so long for our food ion knw if the servers were high or jus slow but Ill tell you the def were confused one couple was there before I got there and these people order was so messed up they gave them a refund and the food. In their defense I believe their air was messed up and they were prob really tired. The building was very hot making the atmosphere a bit undesirable

How is this location still open?? The customer service is absolutely terrible. Order online and it volatility days pick up your order through the drive thru but they refused to give me the order i already paid for. Then I come in after waiting on line and they hadn't even prepared my food. These workers are lazy and clearly were hired off the street. Just shut down smh

Food is always top notch but I’ve eaten here twice In two nights. Both times they take my order at the drive-through speaker Then I go up to the window and I have to repeat my entire order because they never put it in…. Very annoying

I ordered my food online and was only 5 minutes from the store,I grabbed the food and left without checking it i didn't feel i had to,, when I got to my destination I found that all the food was cold ,, it had to have been sitting up for over an hour there was no heat whatsoever on the food !!! Worst experience ever!! Popeyes has always been a favorite of mine but after this i may NEVER eat Popeyes again 😒

the food is ok… if they get your order right. everybody in there has THE WORST attitude, including the managers. ESPECIALLY the managers, every single one of them. this has happened every single time i’ve been. smh get it together… if you can’t be nice stay at home!
