Come on, guys. You can do a whole lot better than what you're doing. I ordered a 2 piece white meat spicy. It gave me mild chicken. No flavor biscuit was hard as a brick and atmosphere. Strada was crappy. I need to clean up the lobby and keep the tables clean and especially the men's room.

Ordered 3 piece tenders with bbq-honey sauce. The tenders were cardboard dry and obviously old, there was no sauce, and an included biscuit was as hard as a rock.

Disgusting place.

I'll not ever come back to this one.

We ordered through door dash. The rice and beans looks like pig slop, the macaroni was nothing you would place on a table to serve your guests, and the chicken was in need of seasoning and love. Will not be ordering from here again.

Baby LISTEN!!!!! If I could give 2 reviews I would…. Tonight was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT POPEYES. From the Chicken to the Biscuit to the the Red Beams and Rice…. OMG!!! And when did y’all start serving strawberry cream pies!!! I would literally drive back and give EVERYONE OF YALL THAT WORKED TONIGHT A HUG if I could. The wait was a little lengthy but IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. The lady that took my money at the window with the Burnt Orange color hair and the young man that brung me my pie… Thank You. So courteous and helpful and kind!!! Y’all Rock. I was there at 7:10 pm 02.28.2025…. This made my day

We love Popeye’s chicken, but this location is not the most convenient or ideal. Entrance and exit is on busy main road and parking lot/drive-thru needs major attention.

It was OK. I really just didn’t even care for the food because it didn’t have no flavor to me. But will come back and try something else cause all I got was boneless chicken meal

It’s a shame this location is managed or owned the way it is because Popeyes has the best chicken sandwich around but I can never get it because they’re always out of food. It’s either no chicken, no fries, no sandwiches, no soda. I went to Bojangles instead tonight.

Would rate it 0 if I could. They never have any of the food that’s on the menu, not even dipping sauce. You would think after so many bad reviews they would change something but no, the reviews are still accurate and they need new management because the current is failing them terribly.

This is a sad representation of a good company. They are always running out of food and supplies. One visit they ran out of chicken wings. From a restaurant that specializes in chicken!! The lighting around the store is not on, so people have to order in the dark from drive thru. They take your credit card and shut the window and it takes several minutes for them to return it. The problem is that the customer cannot see what they are doing with your credit card, because the restaurant covers the window. Last night the ran out of lids for their food so things were wrapped in aluminum foil. There are two other Popeyes an hour away where they could have borrowed lids.

One of few places open til 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve 2024, I visited to pick up a meal to deliver to a shut-in. The manager had also saved for me a toy my baby grandchild had left by mistake about a week prior. The staff was so sweet in their help. Thanks, and have a wonderful 2025 in Greenville, NC.
