Good atmosphere but I really wasn't impressed with the ice cream it honestly didn't taste natural. My kids liked it though! Good if you want ice cream but in my opinion it wasn't anything special

The service was horrible. It took 3 samples before I found a flavor I liked (only one of the flavors was a unique flavor you wouldn't find just anywhere).
The girl handed me my first two samples and then proceeded to help other customers and completely ignore me for 5 minutes. After finally serving me my ice cream, she left me and several other customers standing at the register waiting to pay for a solid 10 plus minutes (One customer walked away, and may have left the store without paying). Other employees were scooping ice cream for other customers but saw us standing at the register and never came over either. Not a single employee appeared to be over the age of 20 (which might explain the poor service).
I have never once considered walking out of a business without paying for my food but I legitimately almost did (and none of those employees would have noticed or cared). The place was busier than I expected for a random Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. but certainly wasn't as busy as it could have been.

Very friendly staff! Place was spacious and clean with clean bathrooms and fantastic ice cream that is by far the best in town and probably state!

I decided to get strawberry cheesecake and my husband got the pecan flavor in a waffle cone. The portions are super large and well worth the price . The ice cream consistency was thick and perfect if you are wanting a more creamy ice cream . My strawberry cheesecake flavor was very good but, you couldn’t taste the cheesecake flavor that well it was missing cheesecake pieces and had mostly strawberry. 🍓 It was still good 😊 and I will definitely order the kids size next time because it is too big .
