Steve seemed very professional when we contracted him to cater our early August wedding. We were very excited to work with him. This review comes a little late but I still reminisce about the ribs and chicken that we had almost 6 months ago! I thought it would be interesting to do something a little different for my boyfriends birthday so I planned for us to take one of Smokin Man BBQ's classes. The experience was awesome!
