5 Best Steakhouses in Greenville

“Hubby wanted Blooming Onion; but we had trepidation at eating at this location based on prior experiences (before current proprietor). We were VERY pleasantly surprised. We had minimal wait even though host said they had been “crazy busy” and expected more large groups shortly. Pressley, our waitress, was prompt, professional, communicated well, was attentive (without attitude) when I asked to talk to manager before ordering (due to food allergies) as well as throughout our meal and getting us out, even offering to-go beverages. Alyssa, the manager on duty was awesome discussing food preparation and easily reassured me, as well as supervised/assisted in kitchen. We initially saw her cleaning dining area, not knowing that she was manager, as entire staff was working as team and well oiled machine to assure a really clean dining area, as well as restrooms. My hubby got his Blooming Onion and 1/2 rack smoked ribs and could not stop with glowing praise for his meal. I had Alice Springs Chicken that was even better than I had at one of my favorite Outback locations last week for our anniversary! Overall, restaurant sound was quiet enough for us to talk to each other easily, despite large family groups & TVs in bar. Staff’s demeanor was calm and upbeat making dining experience quite pleasurable. Never expected to be writing this 5star review today; So, keep up the good job manager Alyssa!“

“Today is an awesome day to be at Longhorn in Greenville, North Carolina! We were one of the first three customers today when the doors opened and they have a wonderful staff. Customer service is awesome and Miss Catherine who is training today. turned on to the crispy Brussel sprouts something I have never tried before! I will be cooking these at home now.“
