“My spouse, mother and I ate lunch at Western Sizzlin on Rocky Mount, NC today. Food was excellent. Only wish there had been larger chunks of broccoli in soup. Also e helpful to have signs identifing foods like the two different fish they had today. One was catfish and other White fish. I like White fish but not catfish. I hate wasting food but sadly tossed the catfish.
Fried chicken was better than our KFC. All the desserts we tried were all delicious. My favorite was peanut butter cookies and pineapple cake. My husband loved Cherry cobbler and banana pudding. My 81 year old mother preferred the cinnamon buns.
Friday lunch with senior citizen discount for buffet was $12.99 and drink was $2.99 plus tax per person.
Our waitress, Linda D , was awesome! We never once ran out of something to drink, plates etc. She was very observant. I realized after we left I forgot to leave her a tip. Sorry Lunda. Plan to mail it to her since we live in another town.

“We have eaten here twice in 8 days, on our way to and from vacation. Good both times was very good, salads very fresh. My husband got the Texas 2 Step each time and the portions were large and filling. Last week, our server Shayna was exceptional! Miya was good this evening. Very enjoyable experience both times. If we one back this way, we will be back!“
