We had a great experience at the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told the wait time would be around 30 minutes, but it turned out to be only 12. A server came to our table and took our food and drink orders. The food was served promptly and accurately, and our server checked on us regularly. Ebony was helping us tonight and she was really awesome! She went over and beyond to make sure me and my daughter were comfortable and had everything we needed when our server Gracie was busy! This meant a lot to me because I stopped eating at Outbacks for about 6 months after having a bad customer service experience! She made me feel better about coming back! I ate here last year and could only remember that it was not very good. Made the mistake of going back there again. Ordered 13 oz ribeye steak which came with coconut shrimp. The steak was paper thin and greasy and no where near ever being 3/4 of a pound. The three shrimp were no better. $32 for that, a few fries, and a salad. Made a note to not go back there next year.
