oh my goodness. whoever was working Saturday December 13th around 1:30am… GIVE THEM A RAISE NOW❤️ i have had so much taco bell since getting to college and i’ve never had any other location make me good as good as they do. normally these places cheap out and barley put anything in the tacos, but this location was amazing. I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW!

We are on the way to work this morning… go out of our way to leave early so that we can stop here and eat breakfast. We get there, the lady tells us they aren’t ready yet and that it will be another 10 minutes (it’s literally 10 minutes after 7). We are sitting at the drive thru and she tells us to pull around. So, we pull to the window and she tells us again that they’re not ready. We said we knew and that we were going to wait and she said we aren’t allowed to sit at the speaker or the window and that we had to pull all the way around and go through this whole process again. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for a few months now as it is closest to my place of employment. Every time I go they are always very nice, polite and sincere in their interactions with the customer. It's hard to find a fast food restaurant in which you are happy to visit and know your order is going to be correct. I normally love this taco bell but tonight all of the employees were either outside the door smoking or cursing and trying to fight each other inside. Too hostile of an environment for my 9 year old to enjoy dinner. Also a random man on a tablet lurking in the bathroom.
