We recently moved from Texas and we're looking for a taste of home. We found Tacos Santa Rosa quite by accident. We are so grateful we found it! Best quesadilla we ever put in our mouths. I went back and got a second one even though I was stuffed.Tacos Santa Rosa is a food truck in the parking lot of a convenience store. Please note they are cash only, but there is an ATM inside of the convenience store. Not sure when they actually open, but they close at 7 pm and are closed...read full review
