Nothing spectacular, actually I’d say this place is pretty underwhelming. There are at least 2 better hibachi spots within 1 mile of their location. Feel like they could season their meats more. Steak was rubbery, chicken was as well but the outside of the chicken was extremely hard. So automatically I can tell it’s not freshly made. Also I was asked if I wanted to leave out any vegetables, which I did. I was informed that the 5 it came with were free, but if I wanted to take 2 of them off I’d be charged for each of the remaining 3. That’s ridiculous. It’s quite literally paying more for less. As far as sauce goes they give you famine rations. Two tiny tiny little cups. This is definitely a drive thru place. I ate inside and I’ve felt more atmosphere in an abandoned building. Couple tables have giant cracks in them and look like they could fall apart at any time. Portions are about average. Normally with a not so positive review, I try to at least throw in something about a place that was overwhelmingly positive. There’s just nothing there with this place. Personally will not be back, and definitely will not be recommending them to anyone. Like I said Greenville has a variety of places that are worth the money. This isn’t one of them. Hibachi Japan on 10th street is light years ahead of this place.

As a long time customer…Food is good but there are a couple core issues. First, if you’re going to charge 50 cents per sauce cup, make sure the employees actually know how to put the right amount of sauce cups in the bag. If you call them out on skimping you they want to argue about it. Completely uncalled for especially if you paid for it and are owed it. I had to present the receipt just for them to give me what I paid for. Second, if you’re going to ask for a tip at a literal drive thru window, you might actually consider being nice to people. As most reviews say, the food is good but the staff has always been horrible and rude. Spent at least $500 here and staff has been rude every time. They clearly don’t care about earning your business for the owner.

Good food, fast, friendly service.
First time trying this place and I was very satisfied with the food and ambiance! Small place but overall the food was very very tasty! Shout out to the team they were working on auto pilot getting them orders out! Good job! I highly recommend you try it out when u get a chance!
I love the idea of the drive-thru. It made it easy and convenient, but the food was a little disappointed. The chicken and the rice were overcooked, but the sushi was really good,
Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. I got the California roll and a spring roll. Good portion and affordable.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming; the prices were reasonable, and the location was clean.
