Food was prepared fresh for us which I enjoyed! We had a short wait as the restaurant was empty. Our server/cashier was very pleasant and accommodating, however, there were only 2 employees in the establishment (one of them mentioned closing early due to lack of staff), our cashier/server who was running the entire front of house and one cook in the back, but they were getting it done! The prices were good for the portion size, and the FIRECRACKER SHRIMP were AMAZING! I'd visit again and hope others may too to build more business for them.

Take a look at the other reviews for this establishment. So many mention the rude girl at the drive-through.If I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. We just left the drive thru. The female that was working (said she was manager) was RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! When GIVING MY FIANCÉ HIS CHANGE SHE LITERALLY TOSSED IT AT HIM. The change fell to ground. When he said something about it she rolled her eyes then shut the window. Not even acknowledging what she had done and gave NO APOLOGY!!! Bad BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We’ve spent A LOT of money there BUT WE NO LONGER WILL GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME.

This is the best service I have gotten within the past 2 years!! I just had to get up here and say this because literally just had a bad experience at the McDonald's across the street, and to come here to Tokoyo Express and get the white glove experience has made my night. From the time I pulled up to the window to the time I left it was a great experience. The manager at the window was stellar! My 10 year old even said "Oh she's so nice, I like her!" My daughter felt the need to say this because we get bad customer service all the time! I work in customer service so when I see an employee exuding it in spades, I let them know that they are STELLAR!! Because it is rare and hard to come by in this day in time!! I wish I could bottle the manager up and take her with me :) She is such a wonderful person! The rest of the staff is great too, I like what you guys are doing! I will be back!Good help is hard to find, GIVE THE MANAGER A RAISE, because she is a gem and you will not find this type of experience and greatness anywhere else. Trust me. THANKS !Vegetarian options: I love all the Vegetarian options! I can choose so many thingsKid-friendliness: My daughters love the nenu. It allows them to eat what they love and eat healthy

I normally order from here using door dash but since I was in the area decided to stop by and order take out. It was delicious as usual I recommend this place to anyone the service was amazing as well.
Food is excellent here! Everything is fast, excellent quality taste, and clean. Staff here is awesome as well. Manager here is hard working, displays a great attitude, and provides good customer service. Best place in town for Hibachi food. I highly recommend this place anytime of the day as service is always superior. :) 5 star restaurant for sure.
