Best student living apartment ever. Super easy to talk to staff and they truly work hard to solve any problem that happens such as missing paperwork or maintenance issues. Convenient because it is close to main campus. Lived here for two years and have loved it.

The team is super helpful, I love living here. So close to campus and a chill environment. The staff at the front are very nice, I spoke to Adriana when signing and she helped a ton, so did the now property manager when dealing with the financial aid issues I had

Steven Outlaw was excellent to work with. He is friendly, understanding, efficient, and with good customer service skills. He helped walk us through everything and appeared knowledgeable of processes. Thank you!

I have only been staying here for about a month but it has been amazing! The staff has been super helpful in any issues I have had so far and I think it is so cool that they hold events multiple times a month to bring people together.

This year has been my first year living off campus and the quarter deck has made it one to remember. The staff are the best, maintenance is always so quick to fix a problem, and I haven’t seen one bug. I love how at home this place makes me feel, you guys are amazing!

Living here has been great! They often have events throughout the month whether it is to win prizes at a bingo game or some fun themed craft. It’s close to the campus and everyone in the leasing office/maintenance crew is very helpful. I have no complaints.

Love there pool , it is so beautiful & all the activities they have do everyone who lives here . It feels so welcoming ! Super close to the campus too so that’s always a plus ! The staff has always been so helpful and it is so clean always .

Great place to live and at an affordable cost! The property manager and the team are always very helpful when an issue arises and fix the problem. The Quarterdeck is also a very pet friendly place to live.

This is my second year living here and I have no complaints! The apartment itself and the property is cleaned and well maintained. Any maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner and the front desk staff is very friendly. It’s very close to campus as well so it’s convenient for students. I would recommend it to any ECU student!!

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s one of the best decisions I made. I found it when needing a place last minute and am so luckily I did. The staff is attentive and so friendly. There are constant activities and events held. The apartments are updated and so homey. That really mattered to me. If there is ever an issue, it is usually fixed in a few hours if not, by the end of the day. I am a female and out of state and have always felt safe. I highly recommended!!

Have lived here for a semester and I have enjoyed it so far. I love how close it is to campus too. I even renewed my lease for next year!
