the whole kitchen was a mess there was no organization , there was only one girl doing all the work, And her three other coworkers were just wandering around aimlessly. There were tables needing to be bused and customers needing service. And there was only 1 girl helping everyone. Do better

I just want to let you know that the owner of this establishments Owner, violated the rights of voters by harassing and threatening political canvassers that was registering patrons to vote , even after being told that voting canvassing is a protected state right and not solicitation. He became very aggressive and threatened to call the police.

This was my first time at a Waffle House and I LOVED IT !!!!! The service was nothing short of sweet and accommodating. Our waitress was lovely and the cooks were just as lovely. You can tell they enjoy their job because they have a good staff. The food tasted like it was made with love!! We had the regular plain waffle, hash browns w onions and cheese, grits, and a buttered biscuit. Our waitress was kind enough to also put our utensils in a cup of hot water since we weren't able to do it ourselves. I wish I had gotten ALL of their names. All I can I say is WE LOVED y'all !!

Four ladies standing behind the counter watching the only person working in the place, the cook. Multiple couples waiting. Several tables dirty, but no one cleaning. After waiting about five mins, and two couples walking out, I started to stack plates on a booth and was told "You can't clean this table. I'LL clean this table!", but she didn't. She walked down counter saying over and over "He was gonna clear that table! I clear that table!" She never did. We left two other couples standing around confused and went to the Denny's down the street. All four of those women were still just standing around, watching the cook, doing nothing.

I have never had an experience like this before at the waffle houses. From the beginning the waitress Tula I believe is her name, seem to be having a bad morning and was very rude. When placing our orders she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as if we were getting on her nerves. Then she dropped our food and try to place it back on the plate to serve to us. When we asked for a new order she got upset and was saying disrespectful things about us to her colleagues. This is not what we pay for, I believe customer service training is in order
