My daughter and I went there and got several bags of crabs out of there freezer, spent $78. Got home to cook the crabs they were cleaned out but blue so they never cooked them so I steamed them when we went to eat them they were mushy. They are selling the dead crabs after they clean them nasty. I will never go back to get crabs. The next day when I took them back they gave me the live crabs and put the two bags of crabs I didn't cook back in the freezer. I told them that they are bad. Flies all over the store dead and alive touching the fish and shrimp nasty place to eat from

brought a disabled client,who purchased a 41.00 meal by phone,we got there picked it up,he wanted to eat it there,and was told by a rude woman behind the counter that because it was called by phone he could not stay and eat it there,very bad customer service,especially when someone who is in a wheelchair,has trouble getting around, and has a hard time actually getting there, to be turned away just because it was ordered by phone,,sorry to say you have lost another customer,,very bad business practices,,

I travel from Tarboro to West End the young man that cleans my lil butter fish does a very good job. There's no scales or insides left for me to scrap off, I just rinse, batter and FRY! KOODLE to him I don't mind tipping him
