Food was good but the service from the waitress right to the kitchen staff was absolutely awful. First restaurant I’ve ever gone to that didn’t have any salt. They couldn’t find a single salt shaker or salt packet for me to use on their dry, bland fries. That’s a first for me.
This is basically a money laundering criminal organization at this location
Placed an online order which was delivered with missing items. When we called, were told they’d give a store credit for a later use but couldn’t correct the order unless we drove to get it- regardless that we already paid for delivery for a reason.
When asked to speak with a manager, was told they were busy. When asked if we could hold, employee hung up on my husband.
Terrible customer service and will be contacting corporate solely for the purpose of the employee...read full review
