I was so looking forward to This Bojangles Opening.
Went this morning and ordered a
Country Ham Biscuit
2 Sausage and egg biscuits
and one biscuit and gravy combo.
The gravy looked like water with a couple tiny pieces of sausage.
It really looked disgusting. Turned my stomach.
I came back through the drive thru and told them I didn't want it. It just didn't look good at all.

I was disappointed to find that my order was taken by an automated AI system rather than a person. One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Bojangles is the friendly customer service from its cashiers. Unfortunately, that experience was missing here, and as a result, I don’t plan to return to this location.
Everyone seems to hate their jobs here. Food is always hit or miss on freshness

Recent reviews mention that the restaurant appeared to be new, with some customers experiencing issues such as locked doors and slow service, especially during busy times. Despite being short-staffed, the staff worked hard to move the line quickly both inside and at the drive-thru. Customers enjoyed the biscuits and friendly conversations with the staff and manager. The outdoor seating is appreciated, especially for those with pets, although wait times for ordering and refills can be long. Overall, the restaurant continues to provide good food and friendly service, even during busy or less-than-ideal situations.
