Last minute dinner ideas landed me at Fushing Chinese Restaurant in Harrisburg, NC. Quick review.......the fried rice wasn't drenched in grease....which is a plus. The wings had that first bite crunch and were fresh out the fryer. The shrimp egg roll was the icing on the cake, packed with a lot of egg roll filling. We ate at Fu Shing last night and had the best Chinese food I have ever had! The staff were extremely friendly, they allowed me to get a combination that wasn’t on the menu, and the food was absolutely unbelievable!!!This is now the go to for Chinese food in my home!!!I’d give 10 stars if this review allowed!!!!
