“My roommate introduced me to this placed when I first started living with him. And I can say, this is hands down one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in my area. He gets triple broccoli(spicy) and I get wings(yum yum) and we share. That's are go to. We have tried many other items on the menu.“

“Tried this restaurant this evening. It's in a shopping center off of Highway 49 in Harrisburg, NC. I asked several people that I saw going in and out of here what they thought of the food and got all good comments. So I went in and ordered two dishes with a size of egg rolls. Shrimp with mixed vegetables and my favorite, sweet, and sour chicken.
The dishes were served with fried rice, which was very yellow with a sprinkling of peas and carrots. My hubby enjoyed his shrimp dish and said it was tasty. He will order it again.
I enjoyed my sweet and sour chicken dish as well. A little different on the fried rice but the portion side was plentiful.
They are pretty quick with the service. You cannot sit down here dur to not enough employees per a sign, but the take out is quick and convenient. They do door dash and have an extensive menu. All in all we will come here again since close to us.“

“I’ve been coming to this restaurant ever since I’ve been a child. My family moved to Charlotte in 1997, and for as long as I can remember, this has been my favorite Chinese food restaurant. I went back yesterday night and the food is still as amazing as I remember. Portions are phenomenal And the music that they play always sound so traditional it immediately adds to the atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back more often and planning my 30th birthday to eat here during the summertime. An amazing restaurant and even better memories.

“The prices are good I’ve passed by this places millions of times and never stopped not because I’m a high class bougie man .the shrimp fried rice was great and the bbq wings are big and good they could fry the rice and use a little more seasonings “

“I like this place a lot. I usually going during lunch. My food is always made hot and fresh. Customer service is usually good as well. Bourbon chicken is my go to. I’m not into all of the other dishes but this place usually does it for me. I don’t like the Chinese in Charlotte but Chopsticks is good.“

“Went for the 4.7 rating. I wasn't that impressed, and neither was my sister. I ordered General Tso, which was nothing special that stood out. It was fresh and crispy at least, but the sauce tasted more like a honey sauce with no spicy kick at all. I like my crab rangoons, sweet, but these were way too sweet. Almost like candy. The crab rangoons could be a dessert. I threw away that sweet red dipping sauce after I tried one plain because I was not trying to get diabetes. The chicken wings were smaller than expected. They were also super salty. I needed a drink after the 3 of the 6 tiny wings. The shrimp was smaller than average. Not the tiny salad shrimp, but maybe one size bigger. My sisyer said the steak was a bit over-cooked. Extra sauce is $1. The drinks are cans. There are a few tables to sit and dine in. 1 shared bathroom for men and women, which was essentially well clean.“

“This is the first spot to have food that tastes like home to me. The flavors taste fresh and not overpowering. I returned a few days/ week later to enjoy more. I do wish they took cards bc it's cash only. There is an atm nearby- our food came within the said time. The shrimp lo mein, teriyaki chicken on a stick and shrimp egg foo young are perfection. Shrimp rolls just as delicious. I didn't care for the white rice or brown sauce for the egg foo young- it has a word unfamiliar taste and unlike most places with a darker brown sauce.“

“When I went to UNCC in 2005-2008, this place was my go-to place to eat. I would eat here 2-3 times a week. I graduated and moved away, but after 16 years, finally had a chance to try it out again. The egg roles seem to have changed, but that aside, it’s exactly how I remember it. I love the Sha Cha Chicken. I’ve only ever been to one other Chinese restaurant that has this dish, but nothing comes close to the bold flavors and hearty sauce that House of Leng’s version has. If you like bold flavors and a bit of kick, give their Sha-Cha Chicken a try. The staff were wonderful and attentive too.“

“We had the most perfectly cooked crab rangoon ever here. That being said, the rest of the food was not that great. What they claimed as "chicken" tasted more like some type of dry stringy turkey. It tasted like instant turkey gravy. Rice was old and hard. Egg rolls were more wrappers than cabbage.“

“This is the only place that I know of that serves pig intestines using "Pah Lo" seasoning. It is cheaper if you pay cash. I always spend about $20 when I come here. It is worth it though. It is a niche shop. I am thankful to have found it, but it isn't for everybody.“

“I just tried their food today in the concord mall food court. It was shockingly good. I expected it to be cheap like panda express...however, their Kung Pao chicken and bourbon chicken just blew my mind..mixed with their fried rice...man I went to flavor town. So i had that, plus 2 spring rolls and a small coke..ran me about $18, but worth every cent. Next time my wife drags me to the mall against my will, this place will be a MUST on the bucket list of things to do. Cant wait to dig in again.?✊?“
