First let me say the food was very good. I called in my order and they would not allow me to pick it up at the drive-thru which was a pain and they were out of several of their fountain drink choices. Other than that it was fine.
Huge shout out to the closing crew tonight (Monday 9/16/24). I was absolutely soaked from the rain and fresh off work, I was craving zaxbys and hoping to make it before they closed at 10pm. I showed up at 9:57pm expecting them to tell me they were already done for the night which would have been totally fair. I was greeted warmly and told to go ahead with my order. When I ordered a 20pc I was gently made aware of the time and told there would be a wait which was absolutely understandable....
There was a young man, I think he said his name was Rashaun. He was very personable and charming and it was refreshing to see some Zaxby's employees who actually enjoy their work. Food was excellent. I think I have a new favorite Zaxby's location.
