The marina and shops around the area were all very nice Marina itself was clean and it's nice that you can walk in and look at the boats . There's a lot to choose from as far as the shops go in the area all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time walking around and shopping
I will admit it was a little difficult to give a complete 4 stars for the rating based on some room issues which I will note later in this review. I booked this villa based on reviews and the proximity to going to Ocracoke Island. This villa is literally situated within walking distance of the NC Ferry System. Hanging out waiting for the ferry. Beautiful day, place to watch people. I am amazed at the people who do not understand how the system works...park and wait for a ferry, not just get on a ferry.
