PICTURES IN COMMENTS! First time after hearing a lot of great reviews. Laid back dining with delicious food! I had a shrimp po boy, red beans and rice, and an order of friend green tomatoes. Really good!! Also, had a peach 🍑 pie for dessert. Portions are large, so I have left overs. Staff were nice and friendly. Give them a chance! Well worth it.
Had lunch today after several recommendations and they were not wrong. It was very good. Very surprised when my food arrived. I got the fried shrimp and fries. The shrimp were delicious and cooked perfectly. Meant to grab some of their fried pies on the way out but forgot. Will definitely be going back again!

The food is amazing, delicious, and very flavorful. Popular dishes include perfectly seasoned and flaky fried flounder and catfish, huge and delicious shrimp, and very flavorful seafood gumbo that is rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The gizzards and livers are amazing, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chicken tenders are juicy and have a lot of flavor. Sides like French fries, mac and cheese, and onion rings are excellent; the mac and cheese is the best in the area, creamy with a baked after taste. For dessert, the Southern Fried Pies, especially apple and peach, are highly recommended.
Portions are generous, prices are unbeatable and not insane, and the food comes out quickly. Everything tastes fresh. It is the place to go for authentic southern plates that leave you full and happy.
