We bought a taco salad tonight in the drive thru. Got it home and it was lettuce with salsa, cheese and a bowl of chili. That’s it. No chips. No receipt was given. No one said Thank you for coming to Wendy’s. I love Wendys product usually but this Wendy’s has taken a serious downfall lately.
Feel sorry for the employees at the havelock Wendy’s today . We ordered got our food and parked got ready to eat noticed mine was made wrong so I went back through lady said ok I’ll remake it for you . I pull up to the pay window and all I hear is her yelling at the employees then she proceeds to come to the window and yells at me saying I said pull to the second window .
