I've used the UPS drop off service here several times. Each time the woman at the counter acts like I'm really putting her out when I ask for a receipt. I will look for another UPS location next time.
Pretty upsetting when I send sensitive information to a business that is local for printing purposes only, and receive notifications that links on the documents have been opened by the stores employees without permission. The items for printing were simply related to legal purposes, and I do not recommend using this business for any sensitive or confidential purposes related to printing.
Always friendly and will go above and beyond to help.

They are great for shipping for Christmas or any other holiday. I go there instead of the post office.
Trying to return an item being shipped FedEx. Had a QR code to print return label as FedEx website instructed. They are unable to print the return label of this type. This was the 2nd place I tried

The woman who normally works in the store, in the front end of the store, is lovely and very helpful. As someone who has worked in customer service most of my life, I really appreciate quality customer service. I have been picking up deliveries here for awhile now, and the woman that I am referencing has always been kind. I have also overheard other customers complimenting her kind attitude. It is not something that you see every day. Keep Me Posted & Corner Coffee and Wine Shop also has great coffee, another thing I really appreciate, as I am a coffee person.
