Slowest place on earth.30 minutes in the drive through. Reached the pay window and they didn't have anyone even there.left and went in and talked to manager. She acted like no big deal. They either need to close or find good help.i am done with McDonald's. Sonic is down the street.

Hit and miss. Some days staff is on it and the food is on point. Other times front counter is ignored and the food is so so. YmmvParking: Easy to get blocked in if you park near drive thru. Recommend driving around drive thru to the other side.
This McDonald's is horrible. Horrible service , horrible food, will never return. Staff is rude and unfriendly acted as if we were bothering them by ordering food. I asked for dehydrated onions on my McChicken sandwich they put two slivers of dice onion on sandwich. When my husband went back in to see if they could just give him a few dehydrated onions three employees told him they were not allowed to put that on the chicken sandwich and they would not give them to him . The man in the back screamed up front I put onions on it. They handed my husband a container with big diced onions in it , he told them I just need a few of the small dehydrated onions they refused to give them to him. Since when is it ok for us to pay so much for fast food but to get half of the product we are paying for or ask for, and get that half with bad attitudes from the employees.

I don't visit fast food very often. Our McDonalds here in Hayesville, NC has had some tough times in recent years. The normal staffing problems, Covid problems, etc... Last night I visited McD's and ordered a double quarter pounder with special ingredient's. By the time I got home, the Fries were still hot, The Burger was perfect, living up to it's juicy advertisement, and was the best tasting McD's burger I have had for quite some time. The staff (although appearing to be low staffed) was friendly, quick and pleasant. It was 9 at night and the restaurant was spotless even though it had been raining for several hours. Thanks McD's Hayesville for an enjoyable meal. Kudos to the staff.
