I don't visit fast food very often. Our McDonalds here in Hayesville, NC has had some tough times in recent years. The normal staffing problems, Covid problems, etc... Last night I visited McD's and ordered a double quarter pounder with special ingredient's. By the time I got home, the Fries were still hot, The Burger was perfect, living up to it's juicy advertisement, and was the best tasting McD's burger I have had for quite some time. I was in a rush, the race of my life if you will. Knowing this I called in my order 45 minutes before I arrived. I arrive. They have not even attempted to make my order. My disappointment grows. I am then told to wait while they make it. I wait for 45 more minutes. I have still not received my

Hit and miss. Some days staff is on it and the food is on point. Other times front counter is ignored and the food is so so. YmmvParking: Easy to get blocked in if you park near drive thru. Recommend driving around drive thru to the other side.
