Seems to be the teend at many restaurants. The food is always consistently awesome and the service is always lacking. To the point of the cashier looking at you without a hello or anything, just looking at you wauting for you to order. Then as soon as you are done immediately picking up her cell phone, leaning on the counter beside the register and immediately texting. No thank you no nothing. Pretty sad.
I had not been to this Bojangles in a while but glad I decided to go.... everything was excellent!!! The person taking my order in the drive thru spoke clearly and got my order correct and when I got to the window this person was friendly and asked if l needed anything else and my food order was correct with sauces. Great experience..

The food here is great but the parking and drivethrough really needs some work. A lot of the time the business is really flooded with a large amount of people and the way the parking lot is designed, it causes a large amount of backup that blocks traffic. Despite that, the employees are very kind and generally helpful and the food is good quality.Parking: The parking is mainly the issue, with the drivethrough traffic it makes it nearly impossible to get through (Even if you have to go to one of the other restaurants nearby, the drivethrough traffic blocks you.)
