The food here is great but the parking and drivethrough really needs some work. A lot of the time the business is really flooded with a large amount of people and the way the parking lot is designed, it causes a large amount of backup that blocks traffic. When you hear of or experience exemplary service you have to share it. Robert at the drive-thru is always a light as he serves with a smile. There has never been a time that he does not give great service. He needs a promotion ❤️

I had not been to this Bojangles in a while but glad I decided to go.... everything was excellent!!! The person taking my order in the drive thru spoke clearly and got my order correct and when I got to the window this person was friendly and asked if l needed anything else and my food order was correct with sauces. Great experience..
