Have been through this drive thru twice now, neither person working drive through can speak clearly. Rudest people working both times. Last time going was today. It’s like no professional training is done properly anymore. They open window and hand you food and say nothing! What’s wrong with a hello or thank you or anything
This is the absolute worst Kentucky Fried chicken I’ve ever been to they don’t order enough product they’re rude they’re not good service people I cannot tell you how many times I have been to that Kentucky fried chicken because it’s the only one in town when they have run out of chicken. Just imagine that a Kentucky fried chicken that runs out of chicken oh I forgot it must be Covid‘s fault
I ordered a 8 piece chicken meal with a side of slaw. First off all when I got home I didn’t have my slaw. No big deal. Then my GRANDSON found a piece of curly hair in his chicken. Went back to the store and spoke with a cashier, she informed the manager on duty. Spoke with the manager on duty after showing them the hair, the first thing out her mouth was well I don’t know where it came from because the cooks hair is not curly.
