I really want to love this place, but I don't. I've eaten here 5 times. I like a good deli and wish this place was it, but it isn't.Highly processed and salty meats. A classic Hendersonville staple that never disappoints! The staff is always pleasant and the service is prompt. Fair pricing for a classic yet innovative delicatessen; and absolutely delicious!Also, Alykat is now accepting credit card payment (as opposed to strictly cash) for the first time since its inception in 1974!

Their food is very good. I also dig the place's retro ambience, reminds me of Mikes On Main, Hot Dog World, and Pop's Diner (after all, my parents were kids of the 1950's and 1960's).
