This has to be one of the worst locations in the company. There is no reason for the drive through to that 20 minutes for 7 cars and the lobby is closed as well. VERY POORLY MANAGED AND A BLACK EYE TO THE BOJANGLES COMPANY
Just stopped in for dinner ordered a two price (breast and wing). Got told they were out of breasts what else could they get me. How the heck does a chicken place not have chicken at 4 30 in the day. No wonder the place was empty. Called their customer service didn’t seem concerned most apathetic people I think I have spoken with. Seemed more annoyed I had called than interested in my visit
