Don’t try to get a biscuit between the hours of 8 am - 9 am. They never have them. Only give you a microwaved croissant that seems to be old. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. I’ve stopped here for a biscuit 5 times in a month (only because the other fast food restaurants nearby were flooded) and had the same outcome. Today, they at least said they were out of biscuits, or they were in the oven, instead of just getting a surprise when you open the bag.
It would make sense to me, if you run out of something at the same time everyday, the next time you might prep a little better. But I guess that is asking too much.

Out of all the burger kings around me.. This is the one I go to the most. The normal employees have always been super sweet to me, and i've not had any issues until today, lol.. For one, it was a new person.. Or at least one I have not seen before (thinking it was a manager from a sister store?!) But all I ordered were 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and a side of cheesy tots with extra barbecue sauce.. What I got were two double cheeseburgers with Nasty pickles and (for the first time in 5 years) Got charged for one side of barbecue sauce?! It's fine if you charge for sauce but don't start now if u never had before.. haha!! And I probably would have gotten over that if my order was correct:( But the guy never gave me my receipt.. So I can't even get my food fixed😒 Just if yall go here, make sure you ask for a receipt, lol!

So says online and on their posted hours that they are open until 11. We arrived in drive thru around 9:45 pm and never got an answer at the speaker. Pulled around to the drive thru window and was completely ignored. Watched employees legitimately run to the back and away to not have to help us. Nothing is posted on the window or anything stating they was closing early or anything. I’ve sat here for over 15 mins and still nothing. Can’t even walk to the window and give me a poor excuse as to why they closed over an hour early.

Burger King hamburgers are my favorite over all other fast food hamburgers. I went to three different stores trying to get a sit down meal, only to find they were only open for drive thru . I know it's not the store's fault when they can't open due to low staffing, but it is disappointing after all this time.

I waited 18 minutes before I asked for a refund . The manager Jessica refused to give me the food or a refund. She called the police who made her give me my money back.
