Molka-gt Authentic Mexican Food Food Truck serves some of the best Mexican food around. The birria tacos are absolutely incredible and the best birria ever. Customers also recommend the al pastor tacos, chicken torta with nachos and cheese, and carnitas. The food is very scrumptious, delicious, and affordable. The family that runs the truck are very proud of their work, super nice, and amazing to work with. There is great outdoor seating with picnic tables and umbrellas, though some prefer to get their comida to go. Whether stopping by in Hendersonville or having the truck cater an event, the food is first rate and very authentic.
