First they didn't have some of the things we wanted so we did substitutes, ordered bacon double no ketchup or mustard, a whopper with cheese, they didn't put any cheese on the whooper and bacon double was covered in ketchup, also ordered a frozen coke, get to the window and was told they didn't have any and the guy already charged us for it and then wouldn't take it off and just so said oh well.. Also the fries, onions rings and cheese sticks were cold and tasted like old grease.. They were also walking around smoking in the building so needles to say we will not be back..

It's BK. Nothing special. Kinda dirty for 2:30pm on a weekday. Changing shifts while we were there, not terribly busy, but a lot of trash and food scraps laying around.

I used to go through the drive thru before work and they would give me sausage instead of bacon in my B, Burrito all too often so i stopped going. It's been a while. I stopped there today and went inside to order thinking it might be more fool proof. In the car I opened the burritos and they both had sausage even though I ordered bacon. I didn't ask for a refund or remake because I had no appetite anymore. I will never go to a Burger King again.

I went through burger king yesterday and ordered my food and my buddy ordered himself some food.They had us pull around to the window they took both of our cards they then gave him his bag and insisted that my order was not in there system I requested them to check and they fellow said again he did not have my order and they had not swiped my card ive worked in the food industry for a long time now and while I will admit it is stressful but the attitude I and my friend received was not acceptable loe and behold I am currently looking at a charge on my card for yesterday at burgerking #2342 I would like to get in contact with someone about this but have had no luck i didn't want to leave a bad review because I am a firm believer that mistakes happen but being stubborn and rude doesn't help i believe they lied to me about checking given the fact I have a charge on my card. What should I do about this?

We don't eat burger king much because the one in Brevard closed a few years ago but I wanted to try the brisket whopper that was a mistake the supposed to be brisket was so minced it was hard to tell what it was about what you expected from a fast food place service was good and the food was hot the employees we're all super friendly

Worst service ever. Can’t follow simple instructions for a meal. Won’t add on to burgers. Doesn’t believe in the « have it your way » slogan. Made me feel miserable. Talked to me as if I was scum. Put me in tears. Never buying food from this company again. Are you proud of yourself? You’ve went from « have it your way » to « feel worthless and waste your money. »

Received a regular sandwich
Rang & told manager of error, was labeled plain.
When I drove back 15 minutes wasted a very week sorry and no offer of an adjustment or compensation.
I don’t find that customer friendly.
Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. So much sauce on it could not even pick it up. Drive thru employee rude and unprofessional.
