Worst service ever. Can’t follow simple instructions for a meal. Won’t add on to burgers. Doesn’t believe in the « have it your way » slogan. Made me feel miserable. Talked to me as if I was scum. Put me in tears. Never buying food from this company again. Are you proud of yourself? You’ve went from « have it your way » to « feel worthless and waste your money. »

Ordered a Plain Bacon King @ drive through Received a regular sandwich Rang & told manager of error, was labeled plain. When I drove back 15 minutes wasted a very week sorry and no offer of an adjustment or compensation. I don’t find that customer friendly.

I ordered for pickup through postmates, not knowing the location was closed but the app still let me make an order. I get there to pickup and saw it was closed. Tried to cancel my order but wouldn't give me my money back. It's postmates fault and their is no real customer service for the app. idk how to get my money back.

I have been to this location many times and usually don't complain about much however upon arrival there was a homeless man camped out in the lobby and as me and my son sat down to try and enjoy your meal the entire time we were eating he was moaning and groaning trying to get our attention as if we were going to feed him too. Again I don't normally complain but this was a little much. I may or may not come back.

I just moved to the area from Charlotte. I’ve been to this location maybe 4-5 times. Literally each time they forget my straw and my food is cold or sub-par warm. Also my order has been right once out of the 4 times I’ve personally ordered food. No phone answer at all and they are not busy I’m sitting in the parking lot. Needs new management and better training to the staff. Absolutely abhorrent experience.

Ordered a whopper Jr with cheese, no pickle, medium onion ring and a medium coke. I asked for a bunch of ketchup, I got 2 packs. I checked my bag as I was about to drive off to find I had French fries instead of onion rings. We I told the lady in the drive thru that, she informed me that I ordered French fries, no ma'am I know exactly what I ordered. She gives me a bag with onion rings that are old and cold. My coke must have been sitting for awhile because it was barely cold and watery
