Slow slow slow, took an hour out of my day for a decent bagel. Was late for work and it almost seemed like they were intentionally working and .5 speed

The bagels are always fantastic, however, I have ordered coffee there three times and they were the worst three cups of coffee I've ever had. Tasted like slightly flavored water. My mistake for being fooled three times.

Breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Nit sure why anyone would have a sandwich on bread when they have the best bagels I've found in the area. By 1/2 dozen get 7. I mean, let's go

My bagel sandwich was hot and yummy, although I thought it would be cheesier. My boyfriend ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and there was so much on there he had to scrape some off. It was very very sweet strawberry cream cheese, almost like icing. The dining area was fine, but the restroom was filthy. Seemed like the floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks.

Don’t get me wrong, the food was good quality… the problem was with accuracy. My sister & I ordered the “turkey, bacon, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, pickles, & spicy mustard, on your choice of bread.” We both chose a bagel for our bread. The lady who received her bagel in front of us asked if it was one of our orders because it wasn’t what she had ordered. It wasn’t, so hers was inaccurate, too. Should have been a warning to us. We finally got our bagels & headed to our destination to eat, only to find out OUR order was wrong. It was the correct bagels we chose, but ONLY turkey, bacon, and Swiss. No toppings, no mustard, just a dry bagel, meat & cheese. Also, my daughter ordered the poppy seed bagel & received plain. They weren’t super busy. Kinda disappointed for the $$

**Also, the wait was about 15/20 mins for a non-busy time. My sister received her bagel (same one I ordered) at the least 10 mins before I got mine, and I ordered before her.

Joeys is SO SO good. We got a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and it was to die for. We also got the turkey Ruben on a pumpernickel bagel which was incredibly good too. The bagels are super doughy and fresh and much better than a standard bagel you could find anywhere else. The only tiny little complaint i could have is the Asiago didn’t have a lot of Asiago on it but everything taste wise was phenomenal.

I am a regular customer for years. I am what you call a new york foodie. And found joeys bagels to be of the quality of new york bagels my personal favorite is the lox and cream cheese. Also a shout out to the manager Diane who I have the pleasure to know. She is a very nice person and I witnessed her hard work.

We went on Sunday 10/19/25 and ordered 2 bagel sandwiches. We waited for 40 min to get our bagels and ended up having to take them to go. There were many people waiting in the restaurant for extended periods of time. We will not be returning on a weekend or maybe ever. If they know they are short staffed or super behind they should be giving their customers a wait time estimate as most people do not want to wait 45 min for a bagel.
