The Birria torta was excellent! The beef was tender and everything was super fresh, the bread, pico, sause etc. The staff was great, they even offered us a sample of the birria before we chose our meal. The food came out quick, was a great price, and there are nice shaded outdoor tables to sit at. Highly recommend!

The folks at Molka GT are just the nicest people! The quesabirria is to die for! Tender beef, lots of cheese, consomme on the side.... Delicious. They also just catered a lunch for my place of business and both the chicken and pork options were wonderful, and the full hotel pan of guac was almost gone because everyone loved it so much! I highly recommend you visit the can do auto sales parking lot and try out their food asap!

OMG- beyond delicious- the tamales were so tender- the tacos perfect- and the consume was a treat!! I've haven't had anything so good since I've left California- and absolutely excellent customer service!!

I stopped in after work and told the woman (sorry I forgot her name) and Salvatore that I had never been so make me a dinner for my wife and I. They explained to me the different choices and agreed on the birria tacos and birria quesadilla. They were both very pleasant as we spoke while I waited. Got home pleasantly surprised by how good of a product this place puts out. The food was terrific, the prices are very reasonable. And the people running it were very nice Highly recommended
