Nowadays it's overpriced and underwhelming, with stores filled with staff who would rather cut up and goof off instead of making the food.Honestly, at this point I would say that Domino's should be your pizza joint of choice for fast food fare, while you should absolutely go with Pi Squared if you have the time and want your pizza made by people who still seem to care.

Ordering online with a drive through window make for easy pickup! Staff are always courteous and helpful, even when they are slammed. Tons of customization options available. Insider tip for pickup and delivery: ask them NOT to cut the pizza, and do it at home. It keeps the crust much crispier and you can put the whole pizza in the oven to heat and keep hot.Vegetarian options: Of course with pizza, you can always get a veggie only pizza with any toppings you want.

My mom had ordered dinner for her grandkids however that delivery was never made to our home because the driver did not pay attention to any of the notations on the order stating to please call before leaving my mom orders dinner for her grandkids just about every single week and there is never been an issue with the delivery to my apartment however the store has claimed the driver tried calling twice however there were no missed calls on my mother's phone or on mine stating that. The driver and the store itself has refused to send the order back out even after contacting them to wish that did not go anywhere because the store not only hung up on my mother they also hung up on me I showed up to the store to pick up the order since they refuse to deliver it and they were going to try to charge me for the order again. This is a major error on Chris the manager's part since he is the one who hung up on both me and my mother. I will be contacting management further on this issue because the professionalism of the management staff currently there this evening is very under par.

Ordered a shaq-aroni pizza and cheese sticks got my cheese sticks they did not bring my pizza. Husband called to first time he got hung up on second time he called they told him they would have to remake the pizza which took 7 mins to make then wait on a driver to come to pick the pizza up to deliver. It had already been an hour before the delivery driver showed up the first time and no telling how long it would have been for the second trip so he had to go get our pizza. Last time i order delivery, next time we will do carry out.

This Papa John's location used to be really good, and we would get pizza from here pretty regularly. Unfortunately it has declined over the past year or so. We ordered a couple of pizzas the other night and both had the taste and texture of cardboard. It's like the dough didn't finish rising before they cooked it. It's been like that the last few times we've been here. The employees are also not very friendly any more. I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered a pizza tonight. They started to deliver the wrong one and I saw them turning around. I called the store and the manager was very nice. They made a new pizza and delivered it. I’m from the New Jersey/New York area. The NY Style crust is pretty decent. And they are always nice when delivering.
I hate doing this because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes a mistake can be made with food. In this case, I made the mistake of not reading the other reviews and ordering from them. Ordered online and the app said delivery in 30 minutes. Almost an hour later, the pizza gets here. Delivery guy gets out of the car and basically acts like he's lost the will to live. Not my fault you're delivering pizza in the rain on Sunday. Not just rude but blatantly not caring or even speaking. Pizza will be good....right? Nope. My wife got 2 pieces, both had hairs in them. The pepperoni on my pizza, tasted like straight grease. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.

I've been ordering pizzas from this Papa John's location for over 20 years, back to my childhood. It's truly a gem of Hendo as their excellent quality and service has only remained constant or improved over such a long time. Seriously, out of all the Papa John's locations I've ordered from in the many places I've been throughout my life, none are quite as exceptional as this one. It's also worth noting that the current GM is a model manager; genuine care for customers and employees alike can always be counted on.

My daughter had Papa Johns pizza at a football game and fell in love with it. Since then we order there often. The staff is amazing and friendly. When we do pick up Jamie and Nancy are always greeting us with a smile and excellent customer service. Pj has been our delivery driver and she is absolutely hilarious! Thank you for the great service and hot pizza!
