Ordered a pizza tonight. They started to deliver the wrong one and I saw them turning around. I called the store and the manager was very nice. They made a new pizza and delivered it. I’m from the New Jersey/New York area. The NY Style crust is pretty decent. And they are always nice when delivering.
I've been ordering pizzas from this Papa John's location for over 20 years, back to my childhood. It's truly a gem of Hendo as their excellent quality and service has only remained constant or improved over such a long time. Seriously, out of all the Papa John's locations I've ordered from in the many places I've been throughout my life, none are quite as exceptional as this one. Insider tip for pickup and delivery: ask them NOT to cut the pizza, and do it at home.
