The price of the food went way up, and the food portions went way down. two years ago I would’ve gave this location five stars however, now they’re struggling not to mention the quality went down too.
We visited Sakura for the first time last week at lunchtime. Very dark inside: less than half of the lights were on; none at the sushi bar area. We ordered the $9 tempura appetizer; in several minutes our server informed us they were out of the shrimp for tempura, so we ordered extra veggies. What we got was a saucer of 7 items, dredged and fried, but not tempura. The one piece of chicken was so tough we could not chew it; and the rest was just as disappointing. Entrees were forgettable as well, except for the rubber shrimp in my husband's combination hibachi dish.
I do not know if this condition was because of Helene, but if so, they will have difficulty attracting business looking for a quality experience.

How are they NOT open in the weekends? That's when restaurants make there money AND people want to eat out. Guess they don't need the money.
Eh. Nothing special. Fried rice was very dry. Service was excellent.

Aside from the Fabuloso smell and the odd 80's music ringing out through the restaurant (we literally got Rick Rolled), we were surprised to eat Crab Rangoons with little filling to start. Teriyaki dishes sucked. Do I really have to pay $45 (for 2 people) to piss myself off?
One star for hiring friendly staff.

My family and I decided to come to this restaurant because of how good it used to be, but in recent times it's gone severely downhill. We had to wait over 15 minutes just for the apatizers and another hour after that for a main dishes, which came out luke-warm if you were curious. The only other family here besides ours has gotten their entire order wrong once already and they are still waiting for food, im not sure how much longer but they've been here before we arrived.
Sakura used to be one of our favorite establishments to come and eat at, but I genuinely pray one one has to have an experience as awful as ours.

I recently dined at this establishment while waiting for my car to be serviced at Bryan Easler Toyota. I ordered various pieces of sushi which all tasted like they were soaked in soapy water. I only ate 2 pieces of the sushi I ordered and left the rest. I truly did not want to pay the bill, however, I did so and vowed to warn individuals, this restaurant’s sushi will make you ill. Do not dine here.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat. My family and I would come there often. We would either eat in or get takeout and take it home. The food is great. The servers are all good too. The problem with the restaurant is the restrictions to the menu and hours of operation. They are often closed when one would expect a restaurant to be open. Closing for several hours in the middle of the day, closing on weekends. They have also restricted what days and times they will serve sushi. With all of the restrictions to serving sushi and their extremely reduced hours, we find ourselves going to another local Japanese restaurant instead. As there are two others within a five minute drive of this restaurant, I have to wonder how much longer they’ll even be open for business.

I would have gave them a zero if I could we waited an hour for appetizers and an additional 40 minutes for our main course the service was terrible we did not get refills on our drinks after waiting almost 2 hours our meal came out to around $140 for 5 people and i would not pay a dime for the food we received it was horrible made half of our party sick. My uncle who eats everything couldn’t physically eat his food.

The past couple of times I have got food from here...it has been horrible. Today the broccoli and chicken was burned. I will not be returning. I use to only go here to get my teriyaki chicken..but I guess I'll have to find a new place.
