From the moment you walk up the steps of The Book and the Bee you are in for a treat.
The cafe is exquisitely decorated with literary works blended in with beautiful tea pots and tea cups. Gorgeous wallpaper that has a theme for each individual room.
The menu is awesome! From the teas to the desserts everything was delicious! Every item is either a book title or the author of a classic book.
I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday surprise.
Such a gem! We stopped in not knowing what to expect and were delightfully surprised by not only the friendlies of the staff, but also the high quality of the food with its adorable literary themes, the magical decor and the amazing tea! We definitely plan on coming back.
